Full Service Holistic Lactation Care.
We do more than just help you latch your baby. We get to know you. We learn about the difficulties you are having, and about your goals. And then we do our best to help you meet those goals - by getting to the root cause of the difficulties you are having and providing you an array of options to help. We understand that YOU are the expert on your baby, and whatever path you decide to take with your breastfeeding journey – we are on board to help. We will never judge or shame or push you in a particular direction. We may give you information about homeopathy, herbal remedies, nutrition, movement, alternative health modalities like chiropractic, osteopathy, acupuncture, as well as more traditional ideas rooted in Western Medicine such as labwork and medications.
Tongue Tie Experts.
We have pursued extensive training in the assessment and habilitation of oral restrictions (also known as ties) and have years of experience in supporting families through the tongue tie release process. We know how to properly identify them, we know what providers to refer you to get a full and complete release of tethered tissues – and we know how to prevent them from reattaching. We coach you before and after the procedure, ensure you are doing the aftercare stretches correctly and thoroughly, and provide you with ways to strengthen your baby’s tongue and improve feeding after release. We follow you with weekly care to ensure that your baby’s oral function and breastfeeding have improved.
We Proudly Serve All Types of Families.
Because LOVE makes a family! We serve families of all races, genders, sexual orientations, religions, and backgrounds. We also happily serve exclusively pumping and formula feeding families. If your baby is having feeding difficulties, bottle or breast, we can help you.

Our Services

Prenatal Education
Expecting a new baby? We'll answer your questions, talk about pumps and supplies, screen you for risk factors for supply or feeding issues, and go over what to expect with breastfeeding and pumping. Families who have prenatal visits have priority scheduling and access to a home visit when baby arrives.
Postnatal Care
Once baby is here, we can help troubleshoot any challenges that might arise, or simply give you reassurance that everything is going great! If you're having pain, worried about your milk supply, baby won't latch or take a bottle, you think your baby has a tongue tie, pumping sucks, or just want to quit breastfeeding - we got you!
Committed to You
Enjoy 45-75 minute comprehensive visits in our quiet, cozy office (and sometimes even in your home), written care plans sent after your visit, quick responses to your questions, and most importantly, a continuing commitment to helping you meet your goals.
